Payment & Cancellations

Payments must be made in advance for training sessions.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a refund or credit.

Liability Waiver

By participating in our training, you acknowledge the inherent risks of physical activity and release Rip City Volleyball Training Inc. from liability for injuries, unless due to our gross negligence.

Intellectual Property

All content on the site (text, images, videos) is owned by Rip City Volleyball Training Inc. and may not be used without permission.

Use of Photos and Video - You, the customer, hereby grant Rip City Volleyball Training Inc. permission to use photo(s) and/or video(s) in any and all of its publications, including but not limited to website entries, social media platforms, and promotional materials, without payment or any other consideration. You understand and agree that these materials will become the property of Rip City Volleyball Training Inc. and will not be returned.

You hereby irrevocably authorize Rip City Volleyball Training Inc. to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish or distribute these photos and videos for purposes of publicizing their programs or for any other lawful purpose. In addition, You waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written or electronic copy, wherein my likeness appears. Additionally, You waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the photographs and videos.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services or accounts for violation of these terms.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service. Continued use of the site indicates acceptance of the new terms.
